Lodging Intelligence Group was founded by Chris Dieleman, owner of Stay605, a short-term rental management company. Chris has managed a portfolio of STR properties, worked with investors and developers, and reviewed real booking behavior, pricing, guest demand, cleaning realities, and operating costs firsthand.
Chris brings operator-level experience to STR feasibility and lodging revenue analysis. Through Stay605, he has worked directly with short-term rental performance, pricing strategy, owner reporting, guest demand, and day-to-day operations. Lodging Intelligence Group applies that practical experience to development-stage decisions, helping clients understand what a property is likely to do before it is built.
